I've been practicing Yang Taijiquan since I was a teenager and today my Taijiquan is a mix of my experiences. I want to make clear that this form and exercises are not currently present in any lineage, or study program officially recognized. The Taijiquan here is a personal interpretation of all of my Chinese martial arts experiences. Some may find more "Wu" in it than other lines but is a matter of opinions based on personal experience and skills. I found the Xinyiba Shaolin training at the very base of the movement of Taijiquan of the Yang Family and I've studied for years Wenshenquan from master Wang Anlin from Shandong which is also based on the same martial roots as Taijiquan. I've dedicated the last ten years to decoding every single movement of the long form to understand their inner explanation in action. Every movement and every direction is a body-skill to acquire and all of the movements compose a full curriculum of body-qualities to attain. The foundation work on Neigong as well as Waigong was imperative to acquire the necessary qualities to move the body correctly and with power. My work was possible only thanks to my Masters in mainland China, Taiwan, Singapore, and Thailand I would have not reached the level of understanding I have today without them all. I hope that from what I've done so far someone will continue my work and improve the tradition of this beautiful Art. Mattia Baldi
